When will I get my order?

It takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped. Shipping times vary by location:
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

Orders are shipped from worldwide on-demand fulfillment facilities.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may incur customs and tax fees, assessed by local customs offices.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
  1. Check the shipping confirmation email for delivery address mistakes.
  2. Ask your local post office or neighbors about the package.
  3. If the issue persists, contact virtuousrise@gmail.com. with your order number.

If there’s a delivery address mistake, a replacement order can be sent, but shipping is at your cost.

How are your products made?
Products are created via print-on-demand services and shipped from the nearest, most efficient facility.

How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. For tracking questions, contact virtuousrise@gmail.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
Email virtuousrise@gmail.com within a week, including photos of the damaged product and order details for resolution.

Returns

What’s your return policy?
Returns and exchanges aren’t offered unless there’s a problem with the order.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are provided only for wrong or damaged items. Contact virtuousrise@gmail.com with photos and details to resolve this.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Exchanges aren’t offered currently. Use size charts to choose the best fit. If an item is mislabelled, email [insert your support email here] within a week for a replacement or refund.
